The organization accused the terminated employees of disclosing “confidential information on a public forum.” However, the IWGB dismissed this, claiming that the so-called “public forum” was simply a private Discord channel utilized by IWGB members and Rockstar developers to converse about working conditions and unionization initiatives. They asserted that no confidential data was exchanged during these conversations.

This week, protests took place outside the offices of Rockstar’s parent company, Take-Two Interactive, in London.
