Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is poised to broaden its availability by debuting on the PS5 and PS5 Pro in late 2025, after its launch on PC and Xbox Series X/S on November 20, 2024. The starting price for Stalker 2 is set at 60 euros for the Standard Edition, with several other editions reaching up to 380 euros for the Ultimate Edition.
The game will be accessible on a variety of platforms, including PC (through Steam, GOG, Epic Games, Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X/S, and soon on PS5. For those on PC, the minimum system requirements entail a Windows 10/11 OS, an AMD Ryzen 5 1600X or Intel Core i5-7600K processor, 16 GB of RAM, and an AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB graphics card. Stalker 2 will include a multiplayer mode, envisioned as a complimentary update following the game’s release, although specifics are still limited. Additionally, the game will allow mods on PC and Xbox Series X/S, with support for Xbox mods set to launch in June 2025. Utilizing mods on Xbox will disable achievements.
