Collector”s Edition: What”s in the edition and where can you buy it?
The Collector”s Edition comes with the following contents in a fancy black box:
- The game in physical form.
- A separate steelbook.
- An artbook to go with the game
- An icon art steel poster showing Link above the clouds
- A pin set with four lapel pins depicting different runes
The Collector”s Edition will cost (Nintendo Store) 130 euros and will be released like the standard game on May 12, 2023, but the price varies on other sales platforms. At MediaMarkt the edition costs 150 euros, for example.

Tears of the Kingdom will be released exclusively on the Nintendo Switch, so as usual with Zelda titles, the game will stay with the Nintendo house. A later port to PC or another console can be all but ruled out, unless hell freezes over.
