I’ve been perusing Nexus Mods almost every weekday morning for around three or four years now. On a fortunate day, I might discover a few new mods that could be worth reporting on and a couple, typically player homes for Skyrim, that I might want to explore during my free time.
Historically, searching for mods was primarily about assessing which ones appeared intricate or distinctive enough to warrant further exploration, and ensuring that nothing about them seemed inappropriate or suspicious. Generally, new quests, innovative mechanics, or significant overhauls that could radically transform a game received attention. Then, a few years back, AI-generated voices began to emerge in the mix. Skyrim, being the game with the highest volume of mods, was the epicenter.
