How many spoiled hikers are you able to immobilize in the mountain tycoon game “Above the Snow”?

I recently stayed at a mountain youth hostel, where I could choose from various hikes up surrounding peaks alongside the standard climber’s breakfast of crushed sausage and extremely sugary orange juice. The most unpleasant experience I had was sharing a bunk with an older German man who spoke in his sleep. He seemed quite troubled about something, maybe the sausages. I’ll be putting my guests through much worse in Above the Snow, a tycoon management game where you create, design, and staff an alpine resort.
