We’ve got our first look at the moves and LOOK for the next character to make the King of Fighters XV roster! Sylvie Paula Paula is going to be arriving in the game pretty soon. She’s getting an updated moveset along with a brand-new look for the new title.

Sylvie Paula Paula’s moves shown off the trailer so far have shown off electro-magnetic powers! She has close-range brawling attacks along with charged moves. Her new look has attracted plenty of attention too. However, there are more new moves than might have been expected. She’s getting a command grab, a tackle, and projectiles, along with maintaining a lot of her old moves.

When Does Sylvie Paula Paula Release?

Sylvie is the latest character to arrive in King of Fighters XV. It already has a good deal of DLC, but Season 2 isn’t done yet. We’re getting six total characters during this second season of the game. Sylvie is the third so far, after Shingo Yabuki and Kim Kaphwan. She’s been pencilled in for a release date of Summer 2023, but we’ve got the full timing revealed now.

Sylvie Paula Paula will be coming to King of Fighters on May 16th! She’s a DLC character, so she won’t be part of the recent KoF demo but she’ll be available to all those getting more characters in Season 2.

What’s Next?

The King of Fighters XV roadmap has shown quite a bit about what we’ve got coming soon to the game. There are going to be new additions to the cast for the rest of the season. Sylvie Paula Paula is the next one up, but there will be another character within a few months of that release. In Summer 2023 we’ll also be seeing Najd hit the game. There are then two more fighters still to come, one in Autumn and one in Winter 2023. These new additions will spice things up for the rest of the year’s fighting game esports events for King of Fighters.
