That’s right – it has been three years since Call of Duty Warzone was released. It doesn’t seem like it has been that long, but a lot has happened in that time, from all-new maps to an entirely updated platform in Warzone 2.0. With Season Two Reloaded, fans can celebrate Warzone’s third anniversary by securing free gifts that will be released ‘every few days’ in the in-game store.

There’s an all-new Raid for players to take advantage of with Season Two Reloaded. In Episode 02, Call of Duty fans will once again assume control of Captain Price, Farah, and Gaz, neck-deep in danger and traversing Atomgrad in an attempt to locate a nuclear warhead. Then, for multiplayer fans, there’s a new 6v6 map – Himmelmett Expo, which was explored at length by Activision in a recent blog post.

Of course, as you can expect, Season Two Reloaded will bring along a fresh array of new camos, skins, emblems, calling cards, and other assorted cosmetics. It’s a packed mid-season update that’ll even include an all-new crossover Operator, with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ Shredder taking centre stage in a fresh Tracer Pack Operator Bundle.

Expanding What Exists

Fans are already gearing up to appreciate the Season Two Reloaded update, which will bring three new game modes to the multiplayer platform. Firstly, Drop Zone returns to the ecosystem, which was first introduced in 2011’s Modern Warfare 3. In Drop Zone, players fight to secure regular care package drops that rotate around the map. There’s also the reintroduction of All or Nothing, in which players have just throwing knives and an empty pistol, and they must fight to earn perks and ammo as the game progresses.

Finally, there’s One in the Chamber, one of the iconic ‘party modes’ introduced in 2010’s Call of Duty: Black Ops. In this mode, players are handed a pistol with one bullet – which equals one kill, should it hit – and as they kill other players, they earn more bullets.

As the Path of the Ronin event continues, more challenges drop with Season Two Reloaded. For some of them, players can use the new weapon to complete them. There’s a new marksman rifle coming with Season Two Reloaded – the Tempus Torrent. It’s a rapid-fire rifle with impressive versatility, and it can be unlocked either via a store bundle or by landing 25 Double Kills with existing marksman rifles.

Season Two Reloaded drops on March 15th across all platforms.
