Felipe Falanghe, the initial creator of the comical spaceflight simulator Kerbal Space Program, has collaborated with Dean Hall, the original mind behind the zombie MMO DayZ, to produce a conceptual successor to Kerbal – Kitten Space Agency.
As the title implies, it swaps the tiny green beings of KSP for a cadre of cat astronauts – a meme-inspired premise that seemingly has no connection to genuine space studies involving animals, and which aligns perfectly with a new proprietary software engine. Additionally, Hall and Falanghe have enlisted a former SpaceX employee to contribute to the physics.
