Lego Introduces Biggest Authentic Black Pearl Set from Pirates of the Caribbean

Speculation has been circulating about the anticipated launch of a new Lego Black Pearl model, which is scheduled to debut in September 2025. This eagerly awaited set is projected to include close to 3,000 pieces and come with eight minifigures, making it the most extensive official Black Pearl model released so far.

Although Lego has not publicly validated these specifics, past leaks have shown to be trustworthy. The proposed set, titled “10365 Cpt. Jack Sparrow’s Boat (Black Pearl),” is set to hit the market on September 12, 2025. It is expected to feature 2,861 pieces and retail for between $330 and $380, with potential customs duties influencing the ultimate cost.

Reports suggest the set will encompass minifigures of beloved characters such as Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, Barbossa, Joshamee Gibbs, Anamaria, Cotton along with his parrot, and Marty. Moreover, a green figurehead will be incorporated into the ship.

The previous official Lego Black Pearl model was launched in 2011, consisting of 804 pieces and six minifigures, priced at $100. In contrast, the forthcoming model promises to deliver significantly enhanced detail and complexity.

In the larger landscape of pirate-themed media, Lego’s new release aligns with a renewed fascination with pirate narratives. This includes a new Lego product line inspired by the Netflix series “One Piece,” a possible remake of “Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag,” and whispers of Johnny Depp’s return to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” series.

As enthusiasts eagerly await official word from Lego, the buzz surrounding the new Black Pearl model continues to grow, ensuring an exciting addition to any Lego collection.
